On the Mirror forum there was a thread report on Madeleines broken neck. There were also reports of a telephone conversation between Kate and her mother Susan Healy, Kate, the author claimed was arguing with her mother on the telephone and Kate told her it was an accident... Kate ALSO mentioned a broken neck. NOW, we know there were many reporters who used to post on that forum and one cannot help but wonder if this 'conversation'if it did take place, was obtained by phone hacking.

THE parents of Madeleine McCann were yesterday officially named as suspects by Portuguese police investigating the disappearance of the four-year-old British girl three months ago.

To cheers, jeers and wolf whistles from locals, Kate McCann clutched Cuddly Cat, Madeleine's favourite toy, as she left a Portuguese police station after a second marathon interview.
A short time later Gerry McCann was named as a suspect in the case.

In an extraordinary 24 hours, Portuguese authorities received DNA analysis results and offered Mrs McCann a deal - if she confessed to accidentally having killed her daughter and hiding the crime.

The 39-year-old doctor was interviewed by detectives, initially for 11 hours, before she was declared a suspect, or arguido, which can prevent her leaving the country and gives her the right to refuse to answer questions.

She was then recalled to the Policia Judiciara headquarters, at Portimao, for a further five-hour interrogation yesterday, involving 22 specific questions relating to the night Madeleine went missing from the Portuguese resort town on May 3.

Among the questions was whether she gave the youngster a sedative to put her to sleep and allow the adults to have an undisturbed dinner.

Police also suggested the toddler may have accidentally broken her neck.

The couple, police claim, then hid their daughter's body for 25 days, before using a hired Renault Scenic car to dispose of the body somewhere.

Madeleine's DNA, including blood, was allegedly found in the boot of the car, on some of Mrs McCann's clothes and in the apartment.

Police cadaver dogs also allegedly found a scent on Mrs McCann's clothes.

Police also asked the distraught mother why she washed Cuddly Cat after Madeleine disappeared, despite it being her favourite toy, with her distinctive smell.

Before asking her outright if she killed her child, detectives also questioned her on why she yelled that someone had "taken my little girl'' and instantly assumed an abduction, on the night of her disappearance.

Mrs McCann reportedly swore at police when they asked her the final question.

She was told by police to confess and that she would get little more than a year's jail, before she and her family could return to England.

Late yesterday her husband, Gerry, was also brought in for questioning for several hours, well into the night. He was offered the same deal as his wife, asked to reveal anything he knew and told that they would go easy on he and his wife.

Outside the station, Mrs McCann, 39, told family members she was amazed and horrified by the accusations levelled against her.

Until yesterday, the only formally declared suspect in the disappearance of the toddler was Briton Robert Murat; he is no longer considered relevant to the case.

"This is a set-up,'' declared Mrs McCann's mother, Susan Healy.

"I know why this is happening. If there is any evidence to implicate Kate and Gerry in any way, then it has been planted.''

Earlier, Madeleine's aunt said the move by police to cite the McCanns as somehow being involved in their daughter's disappearance was ludicrous.

"The police are trying to suggest Kate has accidentally killed Madeleine. How ludicrous is that, when one of their friends saw Madeleine being carried up the street by some unknown assailant?'' she said.

Madeleine went missing from her bed in her family's rented flat in Praia da Luz on May 3, while her parents dined with friends nearby.

Mrs McCann, an anesthetist, met Gerry while both were young doctors at Glasgow. They got together on a working trip in New Zealand.

FIONA PAYNE, TELLING IT LIKE IT WAS

During her rogatory interview at Leicestershire Police headquarters in April 2008, Fiona Payne spelled out to DC 1485 Messiah the reality of that notorious night in Praia da Luz, when parents assumed responsibility for their own children (as they should), not other peoples, 'routines' were inexplicably altered, and the McCanns totally oblivious to events inside 5A.

Reply "Yeah, yeah. Erm, but it worked really well and, you know, everybody was checking, had their own sort of, I mean, we didn't really formally discuss what everybody was doing, we just all felt it was fine to sort of operate our own baby listening service, I guess that's what we thought we were doing, what every MARK WARNER holiday we'd been on before did. Erm, tut, we didn't, Dave and I and my mum didn't because we, we brought our baby monitor, which worked, we'd tested it, it's a digital monitor so it's offering, erm, continuous monitoring of sound every second and it alarms if it loses contact or anything, so on the first day we'd sort of tried that by the, you know, by the Tapas Bar and it worked, so we didn't even go back and check our children, we took the monitor out, erm, and very much felt we were doing what we do at home really, you know, putting them to sleep and listen, if they cried we'd hear. Erm, the others had, you know, decided they were sort of going back every twenty minutes, erm, and checking on their own children. I think, on the whole, I wasn't really aware of people cross checking each other's children, although on the night and previous nights there would have been the odd occasion where somebody was, was, was going and saying 'Oh I've listened in at your door and your kids are fine' or 'I've checked on yours and they're fine', so there was a bit of that going on, but, on the whole, people checked their own children. Erm, and, again, on the actual night Madeleine was taken, that was, was very much different, I think, to, to previous nights, in that, there was probably more cross checking that night."

('Probably more cross-checking...' There was absolutely none before, and 'one swallow doth not a Summer make.' Notice also the 'I've listened in at your door' variant of 'cross-checking,' which could just as well have been, indeed most probably was, 'at your window,' sound travelling more easily through glass than solid wood).

Reply "I mean, I think every night we saw all of each other, bar the Thursday, again, that was a different night."

1485 "It was different."

Reply "In that Kate wasn't there with, with the three kids, because we'd all done something different in the early evening, so we were a bit later coming back to the Tapas Bar."

Checking, once more...

Reply "Because I've got no idea who went first and, to be completely honest, I didn't at the time. Erm, but I'd say on, on the first few nights it all seemed, erm, fairly well spaced, you know, like people going together, that was just a feeling, a general feeling that I'm giving you. Erm, whereas, again, that differed on the Thursday night, in that, it seemed more, erm, out of, people were more out of synch."

1485 "Would all nine do the checking at some point?"

Reply "No, Dave and I and my mother never checked anybody."

Gerry McCann, in his own statement to Police of 10 May, 2007, volunteered the following:

'On Wednesday night, 2 May 2007, apart from the deponent and his wife, he thinks that DAVID PAYNE also went to his apartment to check that his children were well, not having reported to him any abnormal situation with the children.'

(Well of course David Payne did not report any abnormal situation with the children. He had no way of knowing whether 'the situation' was abnormal or not. He didn't even look to find out, did he. His wife, Fiona, has told us so).

On this day, the deponent and KATE had already left the back door closed, but not locked, to allow entrance by their group colleagues to check on the children.

(And which of these group colleagues might that have been? Not David Payne certainly).

Fiona Payne once more:

Reply "Erm, I guess some people were doing more checking and it tended to be the men doing, again, this is a feeling, it seemed to be they did a lot more sort of upping and downing, erm, tut, you know, than, than the women perhaps. Erm, I mean, Gerry and Russell."

1485 "Gerry and Russell?"

Reply "Yeah, I don't know, they, again, a feeling, is they probably did a bit more checking than the girls did."

(One can quite easily relate to DC 1485 Messiah's bewilderment here. Gerry and Russell? Gerry, who claims to have left the table once, around nine, on the Thursday night, and Russell! Not Matthew Oldfield, who 'checked' at least twice as often as Gerry on that occasion and actually entered the McCann apartment, or so he would have us believe. No. Gerry and Russell were doing a 'lot more upping and downing.' Really?)

1485 "And would you pass anybody on the way to the Tapas?"

Reply "Erm, tut, no, erm, not that I'd."

1485 "Any of the group perhaps going to do their checks or?"

Reply "No, because generally, as I say, we, the early part of the week, we were generally all within the same sort of time bracket, so, yeah, we didn't, on previous nights, see anybody coming back. Erm, Thursday night was different,..."

Regarding seating arrangements at the diner

Reply "Erm, Kate was to my left and that I'm positive of. Erm, and I think Gerry was certainly to my right, I think he was immediately on my right. Erm, I know Russell was opposite, he would have been about there. My mum was, my mum and Dave were sat, I think Dave was next to Gerry and mum next to Russell, they were certainly on that side of the table, erm, yeah, I think it was Dave, I'm not a hundred percent on that. And then I think it was Jane and then Rachael. That's how I remember it. And I think possibly we were slightly rotated that way actually, because I remember me and Kate pretty much with our backs, erm, you know, to, to the apartments, so probably turn that round a bit actually. Yeah, Russell was probably, you know, more directly."

(Both McCann parents had their backs to the apartment block therefore. Again, in his 10 May statement to Police, Gerry McCann mentioned that they were seated at the table, in a position that allowed the deponent to see almost the entire back door of his apartment, through which they left and entered and which gave access to the living room. Almost the entire back door no less! Unless he had eyes in the back of his head the deponent would have had to turn around for an 'unimpeded view' through the plastic screen behind him).

A few 'ins and outs'

1485 "What about the rest of the party, Kate and Gerry, did they ever discuss with you whether they locked their doors or their windows when they were in and out?"

Reply "Erm, I mean, I was aware of them swapping their arrangement at some point, because I know they had been coming, using the front door, erm, which is the door with the key, to go in and check the children, and then, at some point, that changed to using the back door, just because, as you can see from the map, it was quicker for them to do that and easier to get in, then just sort of quickly nip in through the French doors and out again. I couldn't tell you what point that was, but I know, I know there was a conversation about, oh we've started nipping in that way rather than going the long way round. Erm, so, I suppose, at that point, that's when they, because you couldn't lock the French doors from outside, that's when they weren't locking it."

1485 "Yeah. How far down the week was that?"

Reply "Erm, I mean, my feeling is, you know, they did it the front way for a couple of night and the rest left it open, but I don't know, I mean, they'd know that, as I say, I just remember the conversation."

1485 "Yeah. Did Kate ever discus that with you, you know, when she discussed about Madeleine, did she ever discuss, you know, the?"

Reply "No, as I say, it came up at that, that conversation, which I think was on the, on the, on the Thursday night, about, erm, you know, whether I would feel happy leaving, leaving a door unlocked, but that was the only time I'd heard Kate sort of almost saying, question whether they should do it or not."

1485 "Did she say that she actually left it unlocked then?"

Reply "Yeah, she must have done, because I knew that it wasn't locked. And I was a bit."

1485 "And did she."

Reply "I mean, I was a bit surprised, I mean, Kate, you were asking about what they're like as parents, and they're certainly not, erm, paranoid parents, what I would call paranoid parents...So, you know, I think, as I said earlier, I think that was something she wasn't quite happy with."

1485 "Did she say that she had confronted Gerry over that matter?"

Reply "No. No, I mean, I think they'd discussed it and, you know...But, you know, I don't think there was an issue between them about it but, as I say, Kate was, it was just something that I’m sure was on her mind that night."

So Fiona, who claims not to know when, exactly, the McCanns desisted from using the main door of their apartment in favour of the rear entrance, learns of Kate's door dilemma, in conversation, only on the Thursday night, when the topic was clearly on Kate's mind. It cannot have been on her mind previously or she would have mentioned it, previously. And it was on the occasion of this very conversation ('at that point') that the McCanns apparently changed their routine, leaving the patio door open ('they weren't locking it'). When prompted as to whether Kate had explicitly described the door as 'unlocked' that night Fiona Payne can only assume so ('she must have done...').

'Far fetched' does not begin to describe an account of events in which predators study the behaviour of their victims for several days, during which time they have every access to their quarry - a young child at their mercy, due to a supposed open-door policy coupled with little or no parental vigilance. Seemingly unable to resist a challenge, these vultures defer seizure of their prey until the very day the guardians 'wise up' and institute a more rigorous system of supervision, i.e., more 'upping and downing.' Yet still they succeed in their crime, despite only a 'small window of opportunity' being open to them (about three minutes, as opposed to the hour(s) they could have enjoyed beforehand).

Change is a fundamental aspect of the universe and parents on holiday have every right to amend their routine, if indeed they have one, at any time. But here things are peculiarly different. Instead of a change from one generally accepted routine to another (generally accepted routine), the shift is, in fact, from no routine whatsoever to a post hoc confection, unconfirmed either by the participants' actions or others' descriptions of said actions.

We may reasonably ask why, therefore, Thursday May 3, 2007 should have been such a landmark day for the McCanns. In fact it has been so asked already (see articles: 'Clairvoyance' and 'What's in a Name?' McCannfiles, 2011). Whilst it could conceivably have been events that night which prompted them to report, in retrospect, a system of inter-family 'checking' - a system to which other so-called participants apparently subscribed in a strangely non-committal way - the decision to leave the rear entrance door open was clearly made to benefit somebody, and made before Madeline McCann was 'aducted.'

If they are to be believed, the McCanns had put up with the long walk from the Tapas bar for five nights already, before deciding, with only two nights remaining, that they'd rather put their children in jeopardy instead and save themselves a few steps. And with absolutely no history of extreme neighbourliness in the checking department that week, why should the McCanns assume, come the Thursday, that their carousing companions would be queuing up to add the McCann children to their own inspection rostas?

Neither personal convenience nor shared responsibility makes for a convincing argument; the latter especially, since the McCanns appear to have been wholly unconcerned about the nocturnal welfare of anyone else's children. They did not reciprocally 'check' any apartment other than 5A, at any time.

For whom did they leave their patio door open therefore? Madeleine, in case of fire (which only became a serious risk after five days)? The Paynes (who did not look in on any one else's children either - ditto Russell O'Brien and Jane Tanner)? Matthew Oldfield (who unexpectedly volunteered a 'fly past' and was then told he could go in through the open door)? Themselves (fit enough to run for miles that day but not to walk an extra twenty or thirty yards that night)? These options being equally unlikely, there remains a somewhat more sinister possibility, consistent with Kate McCanns perplexing observation, 'They've taken her.' (pronoun 'they': subject understood).

On Thursday 24 November 2011 another United States assassination drone butchered several Afghan children who were out playing in the village where they all lived; as it happened they were the only casualties involved in this premeditated slaughter that consisted only of the dead since there were no injured among them or any survivors. And the sole reason for the casualties being just children and there being a marked absence of adults among the mortalities is that the adults from the village including the parents of the slain children were away on the outskirts of their neighbourhood busily engaged in grabbing what work they could find to make ends meet.

To better understand this awful tragedy and put it into a human context rather than just seeing it through the biased prism of the western media simply as collateral damage and therefore take the customary approach of dismissively leaving it at that I’d like to invite you to visualize that it’s the school’s half term holiday and in the current economic harsh times you can’t afford to fork out the high costs for childcare, take time off from work to look after your children and so you enter a rational and realistic agreement with local working parents in the same situation as you whereby the oldest children in your collective group of children would take responsibility for the care of the younger and more vulnerable ones enabling you as working parents to carry on with your jobs, not unnecessarily lose money by being forced to stay at home, and all this in the full knowledge that your children will be safe and well.

However despite your mature actions, the good intentions that gave rise to them, the significant effort you expended to ensure that everything went as planned, and the last minute checks you made to assure yourself and convince your children that everything will be okay backed up by a quick and fail proof means of communication should an unanticipated emergency arise things nevertheless unfortunately and quite disastrously turn out completely differently from what you had planned. And the main reason for that is there are dark forces at work that are beyond your grasp and that you’re completely powerless against. For instead of US assassination drones to contend with what your children out playing like their Afghan counterparts are confronted with is the lethal force between the police and a criminal gang the police are supposedly after.

The problem with this being that the police in their brutal assault on your neighbourhood acted on what was clearly false information, not the first time something like this has happened, and the gang they’re meant to be after isn’t from there as there are no gangs in your neighbourhood and coming into your community their guns blazing recklessly, a shoot first and ask questions later policy, the police succeeded in mowing down every last one of your children and those of your neighbours too who happened to be outside at the time doing what normal kids do, engage in play.

I’ll allow you time to reflect on a possible real life scenario that could affect your kids and how you would feel put into that kind of situation. What would your reaction be knowing that your innocent kids were gunned down in this vicious way, and what thoughts do you think would be rushing through your frenzied mind as you struggled to contend with the quite horrendous set of circumstances that have so drastically, irreversibly and incomprehensibly thrust you into the deepest and darkest depths of despair? And while you’re grappling with the horror of it all and trying to understand why this has happened to you, vehemently cursing God for permitting it to occur, fiercely beating up on yourself for choosing work instead of being at home even though your conscience tells you it’s not you who is at fault, you instinctively turn on the television to see how the matter is being reported, how those responsible for the murder of your children are reacting to your tragedy. But what do you get, not much of anything at all in terms of sympathy and understanding. Instead the police blather on about how dangerous this gang is, how as law enforcement officers they’re committed to bagging it and what happened to your kids was just an unfortunate incident. In other words your murdered children in the general scheme of things are just collateral damage and this is the theme that the media pick up and run with.

I know as a white person it’s the easiest thing in the world to dismiss this or any other probable scenario as rather far-fetched or even absurd and the mere idea of your precious darlings being referred to as collateral damage would intuitively and quite furiously have you hopping mad as too offensive even for words, but yet you don’t mind gratuitously applying this terminology to others without even batting an eyelash as you use; so what does that make you? In other words it’s a term that’s quite apt for lesser human beings and should be restricted exclusively to them, not members of the master race. I disagree and think it’s high time that these supposed inferior beings turn your twisted notions on their heads and demonstrate to you in the same brutal way what collateral damage is all about; how it wantonly ruins the lives, hopes and future prospects of those affected by it and how racist it actually is. And in my view subjected to the real chance of being collaterally damaged or compelled to walk in the footsteps of their anguished relatives or friends that are traumatically left to pick up their hideously dismembered bodies striving as they do so to make sense of why it happened in the first place is a great way to exercise your minds and let you experience first hand what you routinely dish out or have done in your name by your governments to others. After all what’s good for the goose must surely be okay for the gander as well.

The kind of brutal and indiscriminate slaughter I’ve earlier described to you is a wilful and everyday occurrence perpetrated against the innocent civilians of Afghanistan, the border areas of Pakistan, Somalia, parts of the Sudan and until quite recently those of Iraq and Libya by the United States either acting alone or in concert with its member partners in the North Atlantic Terrorist Organization. And just as we’ve observed with the ICC where every indictment it has issued since its creation has been against an African state or head of government of an African country there’s also an in-built white racist bias to how these assassination drones are operated. In practical terms the drug cartels of Mexico a country that shares a border with the US pose a much greater threat to the United States in a multiplicity of ways than the assassination drone targeted countries earlier mentioned do or ever could, yet despite this I don’t see or have there been any reported instances of US drones pounding Mexico into abject submission; and trust me there won’t be any. So go figure!

The real truth of the matter is non-white lives are cheap and expendable when set beside those of Caucasian lives; at least that’s how the majority of whites clearly see it. And were Afghans who bear the brunt of these assassinations or individuals from the other affected countries to adopt the same callous and cavalier attitude to killing Americans, Germans, French, the British or any other white European, Canadian or Australian you could bet you life we wouldn’t hear the last of it in the western media that suddenly becomes exceedingly taciturn and conveniently blind when these people are victims as they regularly are. But that doesn’t matter in the least to these paragons of virtue in the western media who don’t even realize that they’re operating and have done so for a very long time now without any kind of moral compass; people who see and refer to themselves as journalists, have lots of opinions to spew out but no factual basis at all to any of these opinions. For all they know is that what they’re doing looks good on television so therefore in their jaundiced and totally uninformed understanding about the world that the rest of us live in it must be okay.

It’s a well-known fact to anyone who has worked in the western media or studied it from close quarters that broadcasters like the BBC, Sky News, Channel 4, ITV, CNN, France 24 and Fox News coordinate and carefully choreograph their broadcast themes for evident reasons not least of these being the express intention to firmly implant and reinforce in the mind of their viewing public the myth that with so many allegedly different broadcasters saying the same thing at the same time then what they’re saying has to be the truth. It’s a pretty odious scam of course but one that has worked rather successfully in the past and still does primarily because the western viewing public either too stupid or bone idle to check out for itself the material which it’s being supplied tend to swallow what it’s been dishonestly and calculatedly fed hook line and sinker.

Here are a couple of examples of what I mean. On Sunday 4 December 2011 the Russians went to the polls to elect a new government but with the US and the rest of the west very hostile to Moscow because it categorically refuses to be a part of the prevailing orthodoxy they hold vis-à-vis Syria and Iran where it’s obvious they want to topple the governments in these two states Russia must therefore be publicly humiliated and punished, and what better way to demonize it than through the lickspittle western media whose raison d’être is unadulterated propaganda. The first salvoes in this spiteful campaign of disinformation came from the OSCE and Hillary Clinton who spontaneously declared these elections to be neither free nor fair, no mention from them though that the United States and other western donors had illegally channelled hundreds of thousands of US dollars that these bankrupt western countries including the US can ill afford to pro-western opposition groups in Russia to influence and even skew the elections there. And how ironic that Hillary Clinton and the OSCE when lecturing Russia on the integrity of holding democratic elections and respecting as they self-righteously put it the will of the people all so conveniently omitted or chose not to make any mention of the 2000 US presidential elections which the entire world knows Al Gore actually won but were all so democratically stolen from him.

Not satisfied alone with these gratuitous attacks on Russia the US government then encouraged Fox News and CNN, not a difficult task by any means, to have their own go at Russia; and they promptly did. Graphically depicting how ordinary Russians were rioting in the streets of Russia as they burnt buildings and attacked Putin’s security thugs deeply angered because they had the elections stolen from them Fox News and CNN had a field day of it. The problem though was that the images they repeatedly and condemnatorily showed on TV about the sharp practices of the Russian regime weren’t from Russia at all; they were actually Greek and so sloppy was Fox News in its so-called objective reporting that the clowns there didn’t even have the intelligence to edit out the Greek lettering on some of the buildings in their pictorial narrative. As for CNN they fared no better even though they belatedly and reluctantly apologized for their pack of lies when thousands of viewers worldwide and especially from Russia protested to the broadcaster that its incendiary images regularly aired of Russians protesting against their government were well off the mark and carried no validity whatsoever as the crowd wasn’t any part of a political protest but consisted of football fans demonstrating against the killing of one of their members in a rival football clash. Still, this is all par for the course where these lying broadcasters are concerned and who routinely say and do things like this to a largely uninformed western and in particular US public because frankly they know they can get away with it.

That effectively means the United States and western governments can easily bring on board a vastly brainwashed public already duped and can therefore be readily manipulated through the auspices of the western media into supporting their illicit wars, bringing about regime change in countries whose governments the west for a variety of selfish reasons don’t like and want to be shot of so they can then establish puppet regimes in their place which are acquiescent to the influences and demands of their western handlers. And how crass and ironic that the US can be criticizing democracy clampdowns in Russia when those that watch the world’s independent media see and know all too well what brutal tactics, the infringement of civil liberties and their constitutional rights that the US administration and its law enforcement officers are employing against the Wall Street protestors and the myriad of allied movements that have spontaneously sprung up countrywide and despite their dreadful treatment at the hands of the US authorities are peacefully and successfully making their views felt and their voices heard against political corruption and corporate greed that have reached epidemic proportions in that tortured country. What brazen hypocrites Hillary Clinton and the rest of them are.

But is Ofcom that no-good bunch of toadying jobsworths investigating Fox News and CNN for what are transparently blatant transgressions of their broadcasting licence? Not a bit of it; since such courses of action and subsequent punishments are only reserved for the likes of Press TV that prefer to tell the truth, be the voice of the voiceless and refuse to follow the prevailing and western sanctioned prevailing orthodoxy of lie that the west’s governments feed on, engineer wars against and conduct invasions of other people’s countries on the basis of. What has any of this to do with Kate and Gerry McCann I hear you ask? A great deal really as they’re evidently the kind of odious persons that fit comfortably into the pattern of those I have described earlier and that the world would be a great deal better off without and that’s putting it mildly. For here are two individuals that take lies and render them as the truth, who in spite of their evident and numerous faults and a marked rejection in acknowledging these must lay squarely with them instead haughtily thrust them onto the shoulders of anyone that their pathological feral mindset dictates they should and moreover can expectantly as of right anticipate that everyone else will accordingly and unquestioningly agree to; and so far they’ve been rather successful in this sick and quite perturbing ruse of theirs.

Without exception everyone I’ve spoken to about Madeleine or of their own accord has raised the matter with me in the UK or abroad is categorically of the view which I share that there has been no abduction of this girl who we firmly believe is dead and has been from the outset, and that her parents subconsciously guilt wracked but even so attention seekers par excellence and comprising mum Kate who more fittingly could be described as a contemporary Lucria Borgia kitted out with an evidently hen-pecked husband, no need to ask who wears the trousers in their house, are the ones that are solely responsible either intentionally or accidentally for Madeleine death and the disappearance of her body.

Furthermore I’m decisively convinced and every gut instinct reinforces this view that these two murderers, for if Madeleine was killed intentionally there is no getting away from the fact that murder is the crime in question and if her death was accidental and her parents are putting on this elaborate charade to deflect attention away from what really happened manslaughter is no longer a preference as would have been the case had they come clean from the start, are wholly culpable for what happened to their daughter. Let me emphasize the point; if I crash into you and you initially perceived it was an accident but my subsequent body language, no apology on my part to you and all this reinforced by a dismissive and even hostile attitude by me towards you and what happened, could anyone blame you for thinking that maybe what I did wasn’t an accident after all and what took place was a premeditated assault by me cleverly made to come across like an accident? And when one adds to that the case of perverting the course of justice I don’t any rational person would view it as a laughing matter.

It’s my honest opinion and in the absence to-date of any incontestable evidence to the contrary from the McCanns or anyone else is also my unshakable position that Kate and Gerry McCann after Madeleine’s death conspiratorially either with each other or with the misguided assistance of others whom they knew well and could therefore trust implicitly clandestinely and carefully disposed of Madeleine’s body. The rest of this absurd pantomime and especially the McCanns’ elaborate and to my mind highly improbable and entirely unconvincing story is sheer theatre of the macabre written, acted out and diligently directed by a woman that is very evil, exceedingly clever with it and with a remarkable penchant to make her malignity appear plausible and even respectable. Who knows exactly what strings to pull and when to do so; what sympathies of her audience to dexterously play on; and significantly what innate prejudices they have that she, Kate McCann can self-centredly exploit to her maximum advantage while simultaneously with a totally contrived but photogenically conspicuous humility giving a classical portrayal worthy of an Oscar nomination of a most unfortunate but run of the mill, hard done by mother, woman and wife, specifically contextualized in that order to fuel the most empathetic reaction possible in her favour, and in whose mouth butter wouldn’t melt. Well I don’t buy any of it, have never done so from the outset of this loathsome saga, and never will.

There are some things that are quintessentially English and so engrained in our national psyche that we instinctively respond to the conditioned reflex they trigger in us regardless of the circumstances in which we find ourselves or where in the world we physically are. Queuing is one such conditioned reflex of the English mindset, putting on our seatbelts when we enter a vehicle irrespective of whether we’re the passenger or driver of that vehicle is another, as is never leaving for a solitary moment under any circumstance whatsoever underage children and particularly babies, toddlers and under fives on their own and unsupervised.

In case of the last example apart from being something that all English people across the board sensibly and wholeheartedly subscribe to it’s also the law of the land with swingeing and to my mind appropriate and justified legal and social sanctions meted out to those that break the law. And so clear-cult are the legal and social requirements one must adhere to that the lame excuse of “oh I didn’t know” can never realistically or logically come into the equation. Flout the law even inadvertently and you can find yourself in jail, socially ostracized and have your children legally and possible forever depending on how serious the infraction was taken away from you by the social services and even adopted by another family. Bearing all this in mind only a total moron, the completely foolhardy or the endemically uncaring, callous or utterly self-centred would contemplate let alone go down that path.

Kate McCann who dishonestly likes to portray herself as the archetypal loving and caring mother would have known all this but her conceited mask of deception quickly gets blown away like useless trash subjected to the full force of a tropical hurricane when she calculatedly decided with her hen-pecked husband Gerry to selfishly at night go out, have a good time and make no provisions whatever for the care, supervision and safety of three extremely young kids literally left on their own to fend for themselves as well as cope with whatever contingencies they found themselves faced with. Now it’s not rocket science to speculate and deduce what the inherent dangers even for children much older could or would have been let alone for those of Madeleine and her younger siblings’ age placed in this invidious position, but did this matter in the least to Mother of the Century Kate McCann much more concerned about her own self-centred social gratification that night than parenting? Like hell it did!

Here’s my scenario of what happened that night in Portugal. Kate McCann the primary motivator in this macabre and asinine tale she’s ad nauseum and relentlessly been spinning too much of a cheapskate when it came to forking out for proper babysitting services for her children as any normal parent would in similar circumstances but nevertheless saw no need or any valid reason to cut back on the cost of her binge night out with friends was determined come what may that nothing would handicap or ruin her cherish night out, and that included Madeleine. The two younger kids could be lulled to sleep and that problem taken care of, Madeleine though was a much tougher proposition. She knew that her parents were going out and would be leaving here on her own with just her younger siblings to keep her company, not much solace for her if both siblings were fast asleep; and whether from a natural fear of knowing she was being deliberately left unsupervised and on her own in a strange and relatively unfamiliar hotel apartment at night and with both her parents absent, or a childlike and very understandable resentment intensely felt by a young child acutely aware of being discarded in this way Madeleine evidently was having none of it and feistily and rebelliously did what every kid who feels that he or she has unjustly been taken advantage of by their parents of all people do in such circumstances, they give vent to their feelings by playing up something rotten.

Now there’s not a parent on planet earth who hasn’t been faced at some time or other with a situation like this that literally drives the around the bend and where at the time they could quite happily have murdered the demanding and exasperating little sods as they watched with dismay and anger their wonted desires clash implacably with what from the perspective of an adult they see as the irresponsible and self-absorbed demands of their child or children; in other words they want to do something that they consider to be vitally important at the time but which their truculent offspring with their own pressing and just as important needs sees totally differently.

This can of course be most infuriating for the parent concerned who might tray all manner of means to pacify the child in question but if these fail must be matured enough to ultimately accept that whatever their personal yearnings might be their major priority and first responsibility without exception must be to that child, its well-being and its physical and emotional security. Of course if there are other adults around, for example grandparents, aunts or uncles, capable of or willing to step into the breech and ably assist with the problem that exists the harassed parent can at least console themselves that if they still consider it vital to carry on with their plans, temper tantrums notwithstanding their child will unquestionably be in safe hands, among people they know, love and trust , in an environment they’re familiar and feel comfortable with, and in the knowledge of all concerned that they’re safe, well cared for and protected. On holiday in Portugal the McCanns didn’t have this latter option but significantly in the absence of that it’s quite apparent that they couldn’t be bothered and therefore did nothing to create and alternative and constructive choice for their children.

In the meantime Madeleine continued to play up, a situation that decidedly got on Kate’s wick; and adamant that she wasn’t going to abandon her night out or have it remotely ruined by a cantankerous little brat mother at the end of her curt forbearance lashed out at her exasperating child with lethal consequences. At this point any normal mother fully cognisant of what she’d done would have panicked, dialled the emergency services frantically hoping that her daughter might somehow be resuscitated and with the arrival of the police as well explained to them that what occurred was an accident and how it came about; after all it was her child, her own flesh and blood, she’d just killed and whatever anger she may earlier have had and expressed towards this child would surely have been dissipated by her tragic loss and the most powerful of instincts known to all living creatures, that of a mother for her offspring.

But in raising the spectre of Kate McCann it would be utterly foolish to think that one was dealing with a normal mother or even a normal human being, for her personal response to the initial outburst that so cruelly robbed Madeleine of her young life and the train of events that Kate McCann then calculatedly ensured were put in place to deflect attention away from her culpability can in my view be honestly and sardonically referred to as the most cold-blooded, cynical, depraved and self-absorbed response to a human catastrophe that the human mind could conjecture.

Carrying on with her binge plans as if nothing untoward had happened that evening Kate McCann together with Gerry met up with her friends as she was always wont to and from reports I’ve received was the life and soul of the part. She even popped back to the apartment she and her family were staying in it’s been said a couple of times to check up on the kids she claims, reporting always on her return back to her friends with an equanimity that only a sick mind given the circumstances she was in could contrive that everything was in order and the kids were absolutely fine, allowing nothing in her demeanour or that of her husband Gerry who was on a tight leash to betray the fact that it was all a barefaced lie, a cynical charade that was being purposely played out to carefully lay the groundwork and hopefully create a conducive environment favourable to themselves but importantly one that would exculpate them from all blame which they have successfully managed to do, and far from things beings hunky-dory there was a murderess at large that along with her husband an accessory after the fact had earlier killed her oldest child Madeleine.

Only after the night’s amusement was over and propitious steps were taken with all the assiduousness of Apache Native Americans astutely concealing their tracks and whereabouts from the US army during the land grabs that saw the birth of American imperialism did the McCanns report their daughter Madeleine as missing. What followed is already in the public domain and well known so I shan’t waste time, energy and treasure going over old and dishonest ground. What I will say though is this. If child traffickers were responsible for abducting Madeleine why take her alone and not her siblings as well? If the abduction was to satisfy the fixated requirement of a childless unable to have children of their own, unable to adopt but nevertheless still desperate to possess a child they could call their own, then surely the two younger siblings of Madeleine would have been a much better bet than Madeleine herself since being younger and virtually babies themselves the memory recall of who exactly they were once they were physically away from Kate and Gerry and over a much shorter period of time would be totally non-existent, a situation that would undeniably be much more difficult in Madeleine case taking into account her age. So a much safer bet as I see it and one that made greater sense would have been to dispense with Madeleine altogether and carry off her siblings. Besides it’s a lot easier to pass off an illicit baby as your own than a young girl of Madeleine’s age and obviously intelligent who would constantly be whining about wanting her mum and drawing attention to the predicament she’s in. Not a clever move I would say.

There are obvious paedophiles that prey on very young and vulnerable children but empirical data available clearly show that such victims are either family members, the children of friends or colleagues or the close relations of financially strapped and marginalized families living in communities in places like Thailand, the Gambia, southern India and Kenya that welcome the money they get in exchange for putting their young children up for abuse by well-heeled British, European and other western paedophiles that fly in their countries to indulge their proclivities with immunity from corrupt local officials that disingenuously deny such activities occur, round on those who say otherwise accusing them of endeavouring to destroy the country’s tourist industry and blissfully continue as usual. This is the usual pattern as paedophiles for obvious reasons are secretive people that don’t or would they ever set up paedophile collectives where the likes of Madeleine McCann would be taken and groomed for a life of debauchery. And to think otherwise is not only illogical but is also a bloody stupid idea. So that’s another fanciful notion that can be firmly ruled out about where Madeleine has allegedly ended up.

Shortly after returning to the UK from Portugal one of the first things that Kate McCann did was to hire a PR consultant. Now these blood suckers don’t come cheap and the irony of what Kate did wasn’t lost on me that while she and Gerry between them couldn’t or didn’t want to find the money to hire a babysitter coasting considerably less in Portugal than in the UK and nowhere what a PR consultant costs and which would have precluded this unseemly mess form happening in the first place, here was Mrs McCann expending a king’s fortune to have her public image meticulously airbrushed by a PR consultant.

Why? Is it what grieving relatives who’ve tragically lost loved ones let alone deeply traumatized parents who’ve had to suffer and still do the excruciating agony of knowing that their children have been cruelly, permanently and inexcusably taken from them through the wanton acts of murder committed by persons they didn’t even know normally do? Of course not. Neville and Doreen Lawrence the parents of Stephen Lawrence didn’t resort to such odious tactics or felt any need to employ them even when the police that should have been concentrating on finding and apprehending Stephen’s racist killers were more fixated about whether or not Stephen belonged to a gang, expended their energies and resources in this futile exercise as he wasn’t, and are known to have actively conspired with Stephen’s killers even as he laid bleeding to death to ensure that justice for him wasn’t done.

The families of the more than 4,000 black victims, Mark Duggan in 2011 being the latest of them, who were assassinated by police death squads over a period of decades and the coroners verdicts notwithstanding that these were premeditated murders, no UK police officer involved has ever been brought to book for any of these crimes, yet showing remarkable restraint and a commensurate dignity to match in the face of repeated and dismissive provocation by the police, the government and other civic agencies not a single member or friend of any of these families has ever resorted to what Kate McCann had done; nor has the Birmingham Six, the Guildford Five, or the black Cardiff victims stitched up by the Welsh police, jailed for years and eventually released because DNA evidence categorically showed what the police knew all along that they weren’t responsible for the killing of a white woman they were falsely accused of murdering.

Even so no police officers, even though corruption and the perversion of the course of justice was proven to have been rampant among police officers involved in the Cardiff Case, have been disciplined let alone charged with the DPP unilaterally having decided not to take any action against them. Crucially none of these victims who like all the others I’ve previously mentioned were all completely innocent either hired or saw the need to utilize the services of a PR consultant; so what’s so special about Kate McCann and her circumstances that she feels so totally fixated about entrusting what essentially a criminal matter by any criteria one may choose to use to the wizardry and black arts of a materialistically inclined and ethically deficient spin-doctor? Go figure!

Kate and Gerry McCann even though they’re undeniably the principal players involved aren’t the only ones who are at fault in this pathetic saga; the obsequious Portuguese authorities more concerned about their blasted tourism and the adverse consequences this incident might have on it if not hurriedly pushed out of the way than professionally doing whatever it took to solve a young girl’s murder are just as culpable, so too are the British authorities, specifically the social services, the police and our so-called mainstream media, for gratuitously allowing the McCanns to take an unconvincing lie and turn it into a most elaborate cock and bull story whose unquestioned acceptance by people who would regard themselves as rational individuals defies all logic.

There’s no doubt in my mind that had Kate and Gerry McCann been black, Asian, other non-white or white working class off a council estate they would both being doing jail time instead of being allowed to make the most of the freedoms they currently enjoy to masquerade as public celebrities. For even if the English social services couldn’t have pinned a murder rap on them on their return to the UK they would certainly have been thoroughly interviewed and charged by their own account with gross child neglect insomuch as they both confessed to going out of a night leaving three very young and vulnerable kids on their own without any kind of childcare provision or adult supervision in place for them; and additionally the two surviving children would have been taken into care as a precautionary measure. But remarkably and quite amazingly none of this ever happened even though a child was metaphorically missing.

And the reason that the kid’s glove treatment was meted out to the McCanns and most particularly to Kate and still holds sway where they are concerned is that Kate and her husband have from the very outset ticked all the favourable prejudicial boxes that strike a resonance with influential members of our society in politics, the police, social services and significantly the British media that shaped the narrative surrounding the McCanns and which was then pumped out as the prevailing orthodoxy to the country and the world at large, doing so in a manner that would never have been extended to Shannon Matthews whose mother Karen had her abducted with a financial incentive being the primary motive for this and similarly spun a fanciful tale to the media about what may possibly have happened to her daughter, omitting to mention in her tearful interviews that at every stage throughout Shannon’s ordeal she, her own mother, knew precisely where Shannon was and the circumstances under which she was being held.

Karen Matthews was subsequently arrested, charged with her daughter’s abduction, tried, convicted and sent to jail for what she did. Even so her ruse always ran the risk of being detected and legally dealt with in a way that the McCanns was unlikely to be, for Karen Matthews is distinctly white working class and all the agencies involved, the police, social services and the media, instinctively adopted the joint approach towards her of guilty until proven innocent, something that they haven’t do or would ever dream of doing with Middle Class Kate McCann and her husband Gerry. That’s why Karen Matthews is rightly in jail but the McCanns unjustly still walk free.

This completely asinine notion that white Caucasian middle and upper class families and particularly if they’re English are wholly incapable of any kind of wrongdoing and if they subsequently found to be caught up in something unsavoury it must be someone else’s fault and they were just innocent dupes in the affair is so risible that I sometimes wonder what is the wellspring for such stupidity and how can ordinary men and women collectively take leave of their senses to believe and even intuitively support something so bizarre and ridiculous? Never having fallen for this kind of drivel myself I nevertheless decided to do some comprehensive research on this perplexing phenomenon and the results were astounding. Since it was all about white women as black and other non-white females of whatever social standing are perceived to have an in-built disposition towards criminality anyway I took my research several centuries back and covered every European country that exists as well as those countries that are white controlled or were previously so when these murderous crimes took place.

What particularly struck me about the information I unearthed in my extensive research was the huge number of mass murders that were exclusively committed by white women acting entirely on their own and even on the few occasions when they were male accomplices involved with some of these women the legal records categorically show that it was the women who were the chief instigators as well as the principal participants in these horrendous acts of murder most foul. Therefore in view of what are undeniably objective, dispassionate, detailed, cross-examined and contemporaneous legal transcripts of these heinous crimes as relayed in duly constituted courts of law I defy anyone prepared to asininely persist with the risible notion that white women per se and particularly those in the higher echelons of white Caucasian society are the gentler sex untouched by criminal intent and as such are wholly incapable of entertaining far less carrying out and doing so alone and of their own volition modes of behaviour that are firmly associated with mankind’s baser instincts. It’s just not true.

Here’s a flavour of the incapability of these supposed flowers of white Caucasian womanhood. Australia: Kathleen Megan Folbigg – murdered four of her children; ages of the children: 8, 10, 19 months and 19 days respectively. Sarah and John Makin – killed over 12 children. Martha Rendell – killed 3 stepchildren. Caroline Gills – committed multiple murders. Austria: Elfrieda Blauensteiner – multiple murders. Czech Republic: Marie Fikackova – murdered 10 babies. Denmark: Dagma Johanne Amalie Overbye – murdered 25 children. Finland: Aino Nykopp-Koski – mass murderer. France: Marie Madeleine Marguerite d’Aubray – mass murderer. Germany: Marianne Noelle – mass murderer. Sophie Charlotte Elisabeth Ursinus – mass murderer. Elisabeth Weise – mass murderer. Netherlands: Maria Swaneburg – killed over 27 of her victims with arsenic. New Zealand: Minnie Dean, a Scottish immigrant to New Zealand – mass murderer. South Africa (apartheid era) Daisy de Melker – mass murderer.

Spain: Francisca Ballesteros – between 1990 and 2004 killed her family and then tried to kill her surviving son. United Kingdom: Beverley Allitt – killed 4 babies. Mary Ann Brittland – mass murderer, so too were Mary Ann Cotton, Amelia Dyer, Catherine Wilson, Mary Elizabeth Wilson and Amelia Sach, while Annie Walters murdered an unknown number of babies put up for adoption. The United States of America: Mass murderers – Amy Archer Gilligan, Velma Barfield, Cynthia Coffman, Carroll Cole, Nannie Doss – dubbed the giggling granny and jolly black widow, Louise Peete, Angela Maturino Resendiz, Marybeth Timning, Jane Toppin and Marie Noe who murdered 8 of her children between 1949 and 1968. I hope I’ve made my point and in doing so would like to ask why should the McCanns be given special treatment when it comes to natural suspicion? Or could it be that Kate euphemistically has an influential guardian that can pull strings to protect her in the same way that Lord Lucan evidently did. Interestingly enough he’s never been brought to justice either!

I’ve literally lost count in England alone of the number of cases where close family members appear on our TV screens tearful, distraught and sometimes near to physical collapse following the murder, abduction or disappearance of one of their own, pleading with the alleged murderer or abductor to do the decent thing, surrender themselves to the police and help bring closure to an event that has deeply traumatized and devastated the lives of the remaining family members only to later learn with certainty and supported by police arrests as I’d always suspected from the outset that no outsider was ever involved in those specific crimes and those family members tugging relentlessly at our heartstrings and pleading for sympathy and identification with them were the guilty ones all along as subsequent court convictions would confirm.

Susan Leigh Vaughan Smith born September 26, 1971 is an American woman sentenced to life in prison for murdering her children. Born in Union, South Carolina and a former student of the University of South Carolina Union, Susan a married woman was convicted on July 22, 1995 for murdering her two sons 3 year old Michael and 14 months old Alexander. The case gained worldwide notoriety shortly after it developed with the US, European, notably the BBC, and other western media in particular indulging in a feeding frenzy about it as Susan Smith had claimed that a black man had carjacked her vehicle and driven off with her sons still in the car. In the intervening period Susan Smith made many tearful pleas on television for the rescue and safe return of her children. A black man stereotypically in white racist eyes doing something so inhuman to a white woman let alone a middle class one was all grist to the mill of the western media and soon afterwards a Usenet chain letter was in circulation asking internet users to be on the look out for Susan’s vehicle while a heavily publicized investigation and nationwide search went into full swing. Susan Smith had overnight become a celebrity figure, albeit in tragic circumstances, that many whites could and did readily sympathize and empathize with.

But the truth, fortunately for all black men either living in South Carolina or passing through this southern half of the former colony of the Carolinas that quite ironically was founded by Barbadians in 1649, did emerge and when confronted with it Susan Smith had no option but to confess. There’d been no carjacking; no black man involved in the remotest sense in her murderous scam except in Susan Smith’s racist mind, and surprise surprise it was she who’d killed her children. Strapping them securely in her car she’d driven the vehicle a 1990 Mazda Protégé to a local lake known as John D. Long Lake. And her stated motive for doing what she did – to dispose of her children so she might have a relationship with a wealthy local white man who had no interest in a ready-made family.

A southern state fixated with the death penalty Susan Smith was spared this and instead given a sentence of life imprisonment despite please in their court submissions from her husband and some of her other family members totally abhorred by what she’d done that she be put to death; the judge though had other ideas and it would appear that the prosecution too didn’t have the guts or more appropriately couldn’t still their racial demons to insist on the death penalty for a white woman as they most certainly would have done had Susan Smith been black, other non-white or Hispanic. And just imagine if the truth hadn’t leaked out forcing Susan Smith to confess what the fate of some unfortunate black man she’d fingered for her crime would have been in what is essentially Jim Crow territory. But not even jail has tempered Susan Smith’s behaviour or exacted any remorse for her crime from her resulting in two prison officials, Lt. Houston Cagle and Capt. Alfred R. Rowe Jnr being punished for having sex with her and Susan being moved to another prison where she’s currently being held. But these weren’t by any stretch of the imagination Susan Smith’s only shenanigans while behind bars. Incidentally, this woman will be eligible for parole on November 4, 2024.

On Monday 21 November 2011 at Wolverhampton Crown Court 36 years old Sheila Jones, a white Caucasian woman, was sentenced to 22 years in jail for the brutal murder of her grandmother. Doting on her granddaughter Daisy Myring of Walsall in the English West Midlands had entrusted her personal and financial affairs to Sheila who callously betrayed the trust of her 92 year old grandmother. In return for her grandmother’s trust Sheila Jones liberally and unknowingly to the old lady helped herself to her grandmother’s savings. This went on for some time and when ultimately Daisy Myring suspected she was being swindled by her own granddaughter Sheila Jones decided to take the old lady’s life. Returning to her grandmother’s house in the dead of night and where the old lady lived alone Sheila Jones let herself into the building and mercilessly bludgeoned her grandmother with a viciousness that is utterly incomprehensible then walked away leaving Daisy Myring for dead. The old girl did die soon afterwards of the savagery of the attack on her, the multiple injuries she’d received and even possibly as well of a broken heart from the knowledge of who had done this to her. This was a grandmother after all, and arguably one of the most beloved figures in any family.

So what prompts all this viciousness then? My personal view is that when you have national governments, prime ministers, presidents and parliaments with no moral compass, where greed and materialism are the primary raison d’être for existing and wars are fomented principally because of these vices; wars in which human lives count for nought and the prevailing orthodoxy is I, me, my and mine never we, us or ours it’s hardly surprising that this selfish and impersonal way of conducting one’s self becomes the benchmark for an increasing number of people who inculcate it unquestioningly into their lives as normal behaviour. Consequently traditional mores and values are thrown out of the window as old hat and a laissez faire attitude of doing whatever one feels that he or she can possibly get away with, and that includes murder, is seen as perfectly okay, and if challenged those involved will defend till the cows come home that they’re in the right and it’s their critics who are in the wrong. A case of logic not only debased but turned completely on its head.

Twelve days after Maddie disappeared, a couple revealed the strange behaviour of one of the group’s members. Testimonies only reached the Judiciária in January this year
David Payne, one of the McCanns’ friends that were on holidays in the Algarve on the 3rd of May last year, when Madeleine disappeared, was suspected of paedophile behaviours.
The accusations were brought by a couple of friends that spent their holidays with part of the group in the summer of 2005 – themselves also English doctors. Twelve days after the British girl disappeared, Katherina and Arul could no longer keep the secret that had bothered them for two years and went to the police to make a statement. They revealed two conversations between Dave and Gerry, during which both revealed suspicious behaviour and indicated sex with minors.
According to what CM was able to establish, the depositions were given on the 16th of May. But they only entered the process in January 2008 and are included in the 13th volume of the process files. At that point in time, Kate and Gerry were already arguidos, the rogatory letters had already been issued and the English, including Dave, showed their reluctance in returning to Portugal.

Touching the nipple

Katherina made a statement that was eight pages long. She reported holidays in Mallorca with several English [people], including the McCanns and the Paynes. Two incidents left her with serious doubts about the friends’ behaviour and lead her to create suspicions that were never confirmed.
The first one happened on a night when Gerry and Dave were talking about Maddie. Katherina does not know what they were saying but she remembers that Dave sucked on his fingers, pushing them into the mouth and pulling them out again, while his other hand traced a circle around the nipple, with a circular movement over the clothes. “That was done in a provocative manner”, recalls Katherina, who says that it stuck to her memory.
Days later, the scene repeated itself. The doctor saw Dave making the same gestures again, while he talked about his own daughter. Scared, Katherina said nothing about the incident. But she took special caution, asking her husband never to let the doctor come close to the bathroom when her daughter was having a bath.
Arul went to the police to tell the same story. Katherina’s companion confirmed the gestures that were made by Dave during the conversation with Gerry but asserted that he wasn’t aware that they were talking about Maddie. He did find the behaviour in extremely bad taste, but didn’t see it being repeated.
The incident ended up forgotten in his memory and it was only the disappearance of Madeleine, who had also been with them on the Mallorca vacation, that revived it.
During the deposition, Katherina went even further and said she had associated the gestures to someone who likes to watch child pornography. “I remember thinking whether he looked at the girls in a different manner”, she concluded.

Friends from school days

Arul and Kate were friends from their school days. They have known each other for approximately 20 years and that was the motive that led the couple to accompany the McCanns on their holidays to Mallorca. Arul and Katherina did not know Fiona and Dave and they only met again once, during a dinner that gathered several couples. When Maddie disappeared from the Ocean Club, Katherina remembered the incident in Mallorca. And she immediately tried to verify whether Dave had again been accompanying the McCann couple, as the suspicions about his behaviour still stood. In the deposition that was made to the English police, Katherina says she decided to give a statement when she saw the tv images. Dave was among the same holiday group.

Doubts in the case

Irishman not heard – An Irishman who was spending holidays in Praia da Luz also went to the English police to report that on the night of the 3rd of May he saw Gerry carrying Madeleine towards the beach. He was never heard through a rogatory letter.
Sending delayed – The difference between the date when the deposition was obtained and the time when it was sent is not explained in the process.CM knows that the English authorities did not provide an explanation, either.
Bank account info – The PJ tried to know the bank account situation of every element of the group, in order to search for possible motives for the crime. But the English answers were laconic and did not help the investigation.
Life stories – The life stories of Gerry and Kate McCann remain unknown. The PJ tried to verify whether Maddie’s mother suffered from depression but never received her clinical records, because the judge did not allow it.

Kate accused of conditioning the case

An intercalary report from the Polícia Judiciária, which was produced immediately before Kate and Gerry were made arguidos, accuses Madeleine’s parents of having conditioned the investigation. The document is signed by an inspector and was directed to Gonçalo Amaral, who was then coordinating the process.
The investigator then stated that the information that had been collected initially, was worked by the group in order to sustain the abduction theory. He guarantees that they all lied to protect themselves and even suggests that some could have been covering the crime up.
The testimony from Janne Turner [sic], who guarantees that she saw a man crossing the street with a child in his arms, is also questioned. The policeman said that Janne [sic] was only two or three metres away from Gerry but he failed to see the man. And that, by stating that the man was headed towards Murat’s house, she ended up orienting the investigation into a false direction, which led to an unnecessary waste of time.
The same report exposes other contradictions in the English’s depositions. Kate and Gerry say that they picked up their children from the crèche at 5.30 p.m., but while the former guarantees that they went for a half-hour run on the beach and only then returned to the apartment, her husband states that they went to play tennis during that period.
After that, at around 8 p.m., one of the elements of the group reportedly went to the apartment that had been rented by the couple. Kate says that he was there only for 30 seconds and then left. Gerry speaks about half an hour. The policeman remembers that the time difference is what is needed between asking whether everything is well, or advancing in case a crime has to be concealed.
Another situation that the authorities found strange was the fact that Kate, upon realizing that Maddie had disappeared, remained inside the apartment for ten minutes. Only then did she ask for help, leaving the twins asleep in their cots while she returned to the restaurant. The policeman who wrote the report asks how it is possible that a mother facilitates the safety of her other children when it is certain that by that time she was already screaming that her daughter had been abducted.

They could not see the apartment

Another contradiction was pointed out by the inspector who was in charge of the Maddie case. The policeman remembered that the McCanns asserted that their position inside the restaurant was a strategic one, so they could see the apartment where their children were sleeping. But according to several testimonies, Kate and Gerry had their backs turned to the apartment.

PJ admitted a simulation of the scenario

The arrival of the dogs that detected cadaver odours and blood traces led the PJ to admit that some of the details where Maddie had been sleeping had been staged to sustain the abduction theory. One of the examples that were pointed out in one of the many reports that were written by the investigators was the fact that the soft toy was on the bed where Maddie slept, a bed that was partially undone. The animals detected odours on the child’s toy, but they did not mark her death on that spot. Which led the PJ to admit that Maddie had died in another area of the house, and then the toy was taken to the bed because it was the most likely spot in case of an abduction. Other details were analysed, like the fact that the furniture was too well positioned and the sofa was completely pushed against the wall.

Details

• Investigated leads – The final report is clear. All the leads were investigated, the abduction theory was verified into detail. But the investigation’s main conclusions pointed towards the death of the child in the apartment, on the 3rd of May.
• 300 policemen were looking for Madeleine McCann during the first days. The PJ stresses that many among them spent several weeks sleeping only a few hours.
• 2000 diligences were made by the Judiciária during their search for Madeleine. International cooperation was requested on several moments, to exclude several cases of false sightings.
• High costs – The PJ spared no costs throughout this investigation. Millions of euros were spent on the investigation into the disappearance, namely on the high payments that were made to the labs that collected the genetic profiles.
• Suspicions – Dave’s involvement is considered again

Parents refused technical help

Works with endangered children and approached the McCanns in the Algarve. Found the behaviour strange
Yvone, who earned credentials from the English government to work in situations that involve endangered children, was in the Algarve when Maddie disappeared but the McCanns refused her help. The specialist told the PJ, during two depositions that were made one month apart from each other, that she approached the couple after the first few hours and that the behaviour from both left her with suspicions about their involvement in the disappearance.
The behaviour of David Payne, who was accused by a couple of doctors that spent holidays with him in 2005, of having attitudes that indiciated paedophile practices, also left Yvone intrigued. The McCanns’ friend had called them aside and advised them not to speak to the technician.
Yvone found another detail strange. David’s face was not unfamiliar to her, and the technician believes he might have been inquired before, within some case of sexual abuse. She tried to remember when but failed to locate moment and the circumstances under which she had met him.
The days went by and Yvone continued to think about the issue. She then sent a letter to the English police, where she pointed out the details that she had perceived. Namely, that the bedroom window had not been forced open, that it was not normal for a couple of doctors to leave their children alone and that Kate had reacted in an aggressive manner when she had approached her. She also alerted to the official statistics, that point towards the majority of these cases to involve a cover-up from the families.

Gonçalo Amaral’s book upsets the English

A delegation from the British justice left for London yesterday after having tried, in Portimão, to keep some details of the process under secrecy.
The English, who according to what CM was able to establish, are upset about possible revelations that the book from the former coordinator of the PJ in Portimão may make, tried to request the instruction judge to maintain the secrecy on the forensics reports about the blood traces and cadaver odour that were collected from the apartment at the Ocean Club, but also other parts from the process.
As far as CM was able to establish, the pretentions from the English delegation were denied, except in the case of the identity of persons that have condemnations or a police record of paedophilia which reside in the Algarve or were spending holidays in the region when the facts took place.
The British that were in Portimão are policeman Stuart Prior, one of the senior liaison officers with the Portuguese police, a magistrate and a jurist from SOCA, the British agency that specializes in investigation organized crime.
It is not known whether the trip was made under a rogatory letter or politically negotiated between the governments of both countries.

“In defense of my good name”

The book by Gonçalo Amaral is written in defense of his honour. “I felt the need to reinstate my good name, which was publicly rubbished while the institution that I belonged to for 26 years, the Polícia Judiciária, didn’t allow me to defend myself, or did so institutionally”, Gonçalo Amaral states in a text that justifies the book. In order to carry out that defense, he requested permission from the national directory but never obtained it. The book, which will be presented by Marques Vidal, a former director of the Judiciária, is launched on the 24th of this month, during a session that is scheduled for El Corte Inglés, in Lisbon.

Loose notes:

Laboratory | Decisive test – The final report ended up being decisive for the foreseeable archiving of the process. In that document, which CM revealed, the possibility of DNA contamination was admitted.
Archived | AG announced – The day after tomorrow, the AG will release a communication that will most likely announce the archiving of the process. The case will remain pending in Portimão’s Public Ministry, waiting for better evidence.
Reconstitution | Stopped – The reconstitution of the evening of the disappearance was a diligence that was seen as essential in the process. It was stopped because some of the McCanns’ friends did not accept to return.
Wardrobe | Odour detected – The English dogs signaled traces of Maddie’s death behind the sofa and in the bedroom wardrobe. On the bed, the animals didn’t detect anything.
Contamination | Traces – The authorities have no doubts that the contamination of the location made the investigation more difficult. During the first few hours, tens of people entered the bedroom.
Removed | By phone – Gonçalo Amaral was the target of various attacks and was removed by Alípio Ribeiro, by phone, after making a statement to a newspaper.
Letter | Paedophile register – Yvone, in the letter that she sent to the English police, wanted the authorities to verify whether Dave had a register of paedophile activities.

McCann Case : The Big Scam

Now in fairness, not a lot leaves me compelled to vent my frustrations and air my views to the world, the world can make it's own mind up about most things.

But this case and it's reporting within the British media has left me suspicious, angry and amazed at how gullible the public can be. The rest of the world is finally thinking logically, as support for the McCanns dwindles away slowly but steadily, especially in the Portuguese press, and in Australia among other countries. Many blogs are now dedicated to the ongoing charade that is the media coverage surrounding this case, and the fact that Gerry and Kate McCann are blatently as guilty as OJ Simpson was.

An unsubstantiated claim, you may shout? I'm prepared for a flaming here, and vilification will be worthwhile if it means you will read the evidence against the McCanns, and possibly see the case from an angle that the British tabloid press would rather cut off their gonads than allow you to view.

If 'Team McCann' have nothing to hide, why all the lies and disrepancies?

The apartment was 300 yards , 150 yards, and now, according to Kate - 20 yards, away from the Tapas Bar. It is in fact about 100 yards, and that's as the crow flies, and crossing a swimming pool.

Even though Gerry appears to think he can walk on water, this still leaves a good 200-yard walk to the apartment.

'We could see the room from the Tapas Bar' - a Portuguese reporter tried trhis out - he had to climb onto a plant container outside the Tapas Bar, and even then he could only see the upper apartments, NOT the room the child was in.

'Everyone else does it' - what an insult to British parents! I don't know ANYONE else who has left their tiny children for 7 nights running, alone ,whilst they drank the night away.

On the Tuesday prior to the 'abduction' the McCanns were drinking in Chaplins bar - 800 metres away, and down a hill. They didn't tell us that, did they? Why not?

'It's just like having a meal in the garden' - what? How big is their garden?

'We were just a little naive' - two trained doctors, naive? And Gerry has since stated in the TV interviews 'we are not naive'. It seems they can be 'naive' when it suits them, then.


'We checked on them every 20 minutes, 30 minutes.15 minutes' - yet staff at the Tapas Bar said no-one left their table all evening.

The McCanns have been almost canonised in the British press, why? What if it had been a single mother, on benefits, from a run-down council estate, in, say, Liverpool, who had left her children every night to go out boozing? Would the reaction have been the same? I don't think so.

Why was Kate so sure that the child 'would NOT' have woken up and wandered off, as the police suggested? The door and window were open. Small children DO wake up!

Over and above the threat of a paedophile - the McCanns are educated people, have they never heard of a fire? A child choking on its own vomit? A nightmare? A gas leak? A fit? Even if it's true that they 'checked' on the children, any one of these events only takes minutes, or even seconds. I can see absolutely NO justification for leaving those children, none at all.

Whatever happens, and it's looking increasingly likely that the Portuguese police knew from the outset that there had been no 'abduction', the McCanns get to keep the MILLION pounds. The 'fund' is NOT a charity - it's their cash to do with as they wish. I am sick to my stomach that these reprehensible people have made a fortune out of the death of that tiny girl.

Now then...suspects. Brings me to Robert "The Scapegoat" Murat...someone please tell me why this supposed "horrible pedophile" has lived in this area for TWO YEARS with him mum and no other blond haired little girls have disappeared...or any little girls for that matter because if he is that desperate of a pedophile I'm sure hair color wouldn't matter at that point.

Also, if there is some sort of "child sex slavery" ring that is going on and that is the reason she was taken...again...why have NO other little girls been taken and then why would they take (at the time) a 3 year old little girl, when at a family resort like that, I can guarantee there would be plenty of 7-12 year old (or however old they need to be) little girls that would be much better off for selling as child sex slaves.

Another point I have is in an interview shorty after Madeline was taken Gerry's younger sister Trish talks about how that night, shortly after they couldn't find Madeline, she received a frantic phone call from Gerry saying "Madeline has been abducted" now how would they know that yet? Again, the patio door was unlocked when the children were alone, how did they not know she hadn't wandered off as the police had suggested, what parent would jump to the immediate conclusion that she had been "abducted" as opposed to saying something like "she's missing" or "we can't find her", I'm not a parent, but I would think I would go the route of saying "we can't find Madeline" before it was actually confirmed that she was abducted...and then an interesting little tidbit...the very next morning Trish was out campaigning for £££...

No criticism is allowed in the UK media, comments posted on newpaper letter pages are removed immediately unless they are in favour of the McCanns- it is total censorship and for some reason no one is prepared to step out of line.

The fund which was set up almost immeditely as a Private Company, now has almost £1m in it it was set up to help search for Madeleine, but was worded that it could provide financial assistance to the family-it is alleged that it is now paying for their living expenses as they chose to stay in Portugal, for their travelling expenses, their legal expenses.

Uncle Brian who runs the Fund said this week that the fund had more than £900,000 in it but we will need this to pay the expenses for accommodation and travel. Is this searching for Madeleine? We understand Gerry McCann is travelling to the US, will any of your media be prepared to ask the questions that the British Media can't or won't-such as Why did you leave 3 babies under 4 yrs old in a strange apartment, in a strange country, all alone with no adult contact or supervision, night after night whilst you dined out with friends? Why did you say there was a direct line of sight to the apartment, when you could only see part of a wall, why did you say it was very near when it was a 6 to 8 minute walk? All the above is so very wrong.
It seems the initial search was for a missing child that wandered off. The detectives did not change the focus of the investigation to an abducted child until Saturday - a full 2 days later.
Since the initial investigation was for a missing child the police allowed hotel staff, guests, and the parents to help. If the parents, one of their friends, hotel staff, or another guest was involved, they could have had time to move the child. This is a large resort.
It seems the kidnapper walked into the front door. Assuming this is a stranger.
Why Madeleine? She was sleeping in the middle and heavier than the other two toddlers. One of the children at the end would have been easier to carry. It seems awkward to pull a child from the middle without disturbing her or the other two.
Why not take all three kids? Why just Madeleine? My guess is one person.
Why is there so much discrepency with the time the parents left and when they returned? Why do these times keep changing?
Gerry McCann is the only person who can confirm that Madeleine was in the room at 9pm. Did he really go check the kids? How long was he gone. Did he pop his head in or go take a full look? What was his view point? Could he see all three children or only one? Did he assume Madeleine was there because the door was closed? How long was he gone? How long does it take to walk over from their table, check the kids with a full sighting of all three, and return to the table? How long did he take? Do we know for certain that she was in that room at 9pm?
And finally...the website. You've probably seen it on the telly ...bringmadeleinehome.com, or whatever it is, it pains me to advertise it but as needs must, I shall to prove a valid point. How quickly was this website set up?! The whois suggests the domain was registered on the 9th of May, however a website was set up sooner than this, possibly TWO DAYS after she went missing. This was done on the orders or Gerry McCann, who asked a student friend of his to set it up. Let's be realistic...if your child had gone 'missing', would you really be thinking about a bloody website? Of course not, you'd be out knocking on every door, looking in every bush, DOING SOMETHING! Not setting up a website with an active paypal link for you to donate into GERRY MCCANNS PRIVATE COMPANY! Remember, this isn't a trust fund. This fund goes straight into a bank account owned by GERRY MCCANN, for him to do whatever he likes with. A million quid, almost as cute as Madeleine herself.
So draw your own conclusions. I've laid down the evidence, you make your own mind up. But please, try to look past the completely biased media circus of the UK.
In my opinion, the McCanns are looking increasingly edgy in press conferences and interviews. Gerry McCann is on the verge of breaking, next time he is on TV watch his body language, his refusal to look at the camera, his double blinking. I just hope that the worlds biggest scam in decades will be blown apart soon. Maybe, just maybe, I'll be saying 'I told you so'.
